Our program is available to independent individuals experiencing residential hardship who have a guaranteed source of monthly income. Applicants must be 18 or older, able to independently perform daily living tasks, child-free, and willing to live in a shared room setting while following all program rules.

To apply to our program, you’ll complete the intake application, provide required documentation (such as ID, proof of income, etc.), and participate in a screening interview. This process helps to ensure that our program is a good fit for your needs.

No, our current housing model is designed for individual adults only. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate children or families at this time.

No, there is no maximum stay limit. Program members are welcome to stay as long as they continue to follow program rules and remain an active, respectful member of the household. Your length of stay depends on your need.

Shield of Hope has an initial one-time administrative fee of $225.00. This covers bedding, toiletries, and intake. Program members are also responsible for a monthly program fee starting at $850.00. The monthly fee includes all utilities, wi-fi, 24-hr surveillance and more! In special circumstances, the administrative fee can be waved or broken into installments.
